All services are customized based on the client’s needs and agreed scope. The exact deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in written communication (proposal, quotation, or email confirmation).
Brother IT Ltd reserves the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any service at its discretion.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful service delivery, clients must:
- Provide accurate business information, access credentials, and required materials in a timely manner.
- Respond to communications and review requests promptly.
- Ensure that all submitted content (text, images, links) does not violate copyright or applicable laws.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding pricing, strategies, and internal documents provided by Brother IT Ltd.
Failure to cooperate or provide necessary access may delay project timelines. Brother IT Ltd is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by client inaction.
4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made through official company channels as per the invoice or agreement.
- Services are billed according to the chosen plan or project scope.
- Payment is due in advance unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services.
- Refunds are considered only if work has not commenced or if explicitly stated in the contract.
Brother IT Ltd reserves the right to withhold or terminate services for unpaid accounts.
5. Confidentiality
Both the client and Brother IT Ltd agree to keep all shared information confidential. Confidential data includes project strategies, access credentials, analytics reports, and business plans.
Neither party may disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent. This obligation continues even after the project or business relationship ends.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, methodologies, and strategies developed by Brother IT Ltd remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly transferred through written agreement.
The client retains full ownership of their website, brand materials, and proprietary data.
7. Performance and Results
Brother IT Ltd strives to deliver measurable, high-quality SEO results. However, due to the nature of digital marketing and search engine algorithms, the company cannot guarantee specific rankings or outcomes.
We commit to ethical, data-driven practices and continuous optimization to achieve the best possible results within the agreed scope.
8. Limitation of Liability
Brother IT Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, or data loss.
Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client must pay for all completed work up to the termination date.
Brother IT Ltd reserves the right to terminate any contract immediately if the client violates these terms, engages in unethical practices, or fails to make payment.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
11. Changes to Terms
Brother IT Ltd may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website with the revised date. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
